Welgevonden is a private reserve and home to Africa’s ‘big five’, allowing visitors to view game such as elephant, lion and rhino. Moreover, the Waterberg region is known for a large variety in vegetation ranging from endless open plains to sheltered rock valley’s to relish more intimate encounters with other fauna and flora. The hand-crafted and secluded suites are designed with spacious double bedrooms, en-suite lounges with fire places and open-plan bathrooms. Along with modern day comforts such as air-conditioning and towel warmers, each suite has private viewing deck overlooking the majestic Waterberg mountains.
